"‘Urban Dwellings" opens at Galerie Joaquin Singapore on Friday, 20th July 2007. This joint exhibition marks Dominic Rubio's second showing at the gallery, while Edwin Tresreyes makes his Singapore debut.
Rubio's works feature elongated figures, adorned with his signature craning necks, amongst quaint street scenes. Tresreyes, meanwhile, presents a Singapore-inspired collection of landscapes which include charming shophouses and the emblematic Singapore River, all in his uniquely simple yet evocative style.
The exhibit runs until Sunday, 29th July. |
